frequently asked questions
Yes! We run live escape game events therefore you are required to book a game session in advance. Please call us to enquire about a possible available slot for the day as a last minute booking.
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
Absolutely. There is no limit on how big your group can be. All you need to do is split your group into small teams. We can run 2 rooms simultaneously. Having small teams are not only making it more fun, but also this creates a bit of competition between each team.
Is it recommended for corporate events?
We recommend our games for ages 10+. We do allow younger players, as part of an adult team, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must supervise any teams under the age of 16. Please see our T&C for more details.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Please arrive on time or ONLY 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled time. Being too late might cause you to have less than sixty minutes to play.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY GAME?
Our aim is to provide a unique experience. Depending on the game room, you may or may not actually be locked in, but the rooms are big and spacious. If it helps we may leave the game room door slightly open.
AM I REALLY GOING TO BE “LOCKED” IN A ROOM?
Our games are not too physical. You will be moving, but it is more of a mental challenge. If you ever need any assistance, our game masters are watching at all times. Games are safe for our players expecting a baby.
What if I am pregnant or require disabled access?
We don't offer a refund in most cases, however, we are happy to re-schedule your booking if you contact us 48 hours prior to your game start time. Please see our T&C for more details.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Parking is available and free in the lot behind our building. There are 2 parking spaces available on site, one per game session or subject to availability.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Please plan to spend about 90 minutes with us which include a briefing for your adventure, 60 minutes game, debriefing and then a team photo.
