Stay SAFE and enjoy an EPIC Escape Room Adventure!
In order to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience we have made the following changes how we operate our venue.
BOOKING YOUR ADVENTURE
Following the government latest announcement in February 2022 there are no legal restrictions in place.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
We run private sessions, that means no others will join you.
We have made a lot of effort to deliver an almost contactless experience. You will be welcomed warmly by one of our hosts just as before then we'll explain how we'll run your game experience in a safe manner.
TIMEKEEPING
We start our rooms at different times therefore you won't meet others. To support this practice we ask everyone to arrive on time. You can find it in your confirmation email that you receive. Please make sure you read and share the useful information with your team too.
We have also made our introduction more efficient in order to comply with the safety measures we have put in place.
PERSONAL SAFETY AND HYGIENE
When you arrive we ask our players to wash their hands or use our hand sanitiser station.
To make our experience as safe as possible for you, our hosts, we will wear face masks. Due to the high risk of the transmission of the corona virus indoor we ask our players to wear face masks/face coverings for the briefing, but not required. This does not apply to children under the age of 11 or people who are unable to wear those for health condition reasons such as asthma. Beyond our increased cleaning and hygiene practices we strongly believe it is highly beneficial for your own safety, especially if you visit us with a vulnerable person. If you wish to bring your own gloves for your game it is welcome by us, but not required, we won't be able to provide you with them.
FREQUENT CLEANING AND AIR VENTILATION
We have implemented some extra cleaning safety measures. Our introduction area will be cleaned before and after each team, this includes the toilet facility. We have some windows available in the game rooms therefore we can allow fresh air to come in whenever possible, but at the least in between each team. This practise will remain in place for the benefit for all of us.
TRAINING
We have carried out the necessary COVID-19 risk assessment and training to all our hosts.
We believe that we have done as much as possible to make our experience safer. We now ask you to do your part, act responsibly, to keep our venue safe for you, our hosts and all others.
Please note, we reserve the right to cancel your booking on arrival if we notice that you or your team have developed symptoms of the virus (such as temperature, constant coughing) Avoiding that it's recommended to keep us informed before your experience, at least 48 hours. Our T&C's apply.
